The Wooten fire box makes this look like a Reading loco.
No need to tell us where or what - or even when. We can see it from the photos.
Sorry for being cryptic. For those unfamiliar, the photos are of a Reading T1 Cab# 2100. It is being restored by American Steam Railway at Midwest Railway Preservation Society in the former B&O Roundhouse in Cleveland Ohio. The photos were taken earlier this week when 2100 needed to be turned in the stall to gain better access for side sheet work. More details are available at ASR's website.
