hi can anybody tell me or know where I can get a diagram of how to wire the horn and relay in a postwar 2343 thanks

Keep in mind that the body of the horn relay is isolated from the chassis of the loco and is connected electrically to the "+" battery terminal. The diagram makes a little more sense when you realize this and actually look at the mounting method for the relay.
