I just wanted to take time to thank Matt Bishop for the real nice Lionel 249E Tin Plate
train I purchased from him a while back, Matt was very nice as he waited for me to partially recover from my wife's medical bills, so that I could acquire this particular Tin Plate, that I had been searching for, for some time. In reality Obama Care has trippled the cost of our helath care package and the deductable is massive now also. I have another Masonic Train purchase on hold from Harry here on the OGR until we fully recover, thanks much for your patience. The 249E is bigger than the 259E and smaller than the original 263E, I now have all 3 Tin Plate Lionel originals and the one MTH 263E Repro.
This coming Pine Creek Railroad Christmas layout should be quite a nice Tin Plate show. Will post some pictures of the Christmas layout as it comes together.
