Newer lionchief plus 2.0 et44ac coupler

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has bought the lionchief plus 2.0 et44ac that that was released in december of 23. I was wondering if the coupler's stay on center properly.

Back in 2021 I had purchased one of these I don't know if it was a lionchief plus or a plus 2.0, but the front and rear coupler would almost always be a little off center and usually could not couple to rolling stock because of the misalignment. I returned it and have not tried lionchief since. Have found a good deal on the version released in december 2023, so was wondering if the issue has been corrected? Thanks.
