Guys, where is the cheapest source for buying the 2mm nuts and scews for mounting kaydee coupler boxes in bulk quantities. I got some at fastenall they were only .06 cents a piece, but they were special order and the shipping was almost as much as the screws and nuts. Maybe this is normal. Where do you source yours?

Your title says 2-56. You can get those at most hardware stores. 2mm likely not. Both will work.

I buy boxes of aircraft grade 2-56 socket head screws from Micro Fasteners. I go through them in a hurry.
But sometimes Amazon can get you a package for cheap, and free shipping. I just bought a hundred 00-90 screws for around six bucks total. I only needed a couple, but the trip to the store takes an hour and two gallons of gas, and you only get three for five bucks!
I buy all that stuff from McMaster Carr. Since I order form them once a month or so I just save up on the items til its worth the order. I get all kinds of trainy hardware from them.

I used to but fastenall because it fed my neighbors; priceless. But 'I'm not sure where they are made today.
I get mine from ebay seller k4_pacific. 600 2-56 screws (6 different lengths) for $18.87 shipped. That is around 3 cents each.
