A couple of days ago I posted a video taken from the cab of the Electoliner on the downtown "EL".  That one represented a counterclockwise trip around the downtown area.  Several folks had mentioned that the video showed parts of the city they had not previously seen and so this got me thinking that a video on the EL going the opposite direction would show details not seen in the first one....  SO.....here it is.  This represents a trip leaving the South Station platforms and first going west, then north toward "Grand Station".  From there we turn east where you can see some of the major skyscrapers on the right and the OGR Building to the left and beyond.  I took three round trips so that you would be able to see different scenes.  If you click on the YouTube logo at the bottom right of the video, it will take you to my YouTube channel where you can view it in full screen 1080P.  Thanks so much for your encouragement to do these videos....I know some of you kept after me for several years to do this but I was just a little slow getting it done.  As you can see, there is still much to do to get the layout to a finished look.  Hope you enjoy!!

Thanks so much guys!  To answer a couple of questions:

Mark...just looking at the video shows so much that I could improve that the list would be pretty long!  I wish I would have done the weathering first.  Now as I go over the layout, I am slowly taking some buildings down and making changes and then putting them back in place...it is a pain to do it in reverse!!

Andre...I have one of those ladders that allows me to get close enough so that I can reach trains on shelves.  Even at that, some are a little tricky to get to but the grooves in the shelves allows me to roll the cars to make them more accessible.

Thanks,

Alan
