First off, there is no "Legacy Upgrade Kit". As for the sounds, the answer is clearly no, there is no way to use those sounds with either TMCC or Legacy control.

Ok I would have thought people would understand if you buy the kit from 3rd rail and install it. It will allow you to run your upgraded engine with any Legacy engine as they both have the required speed steps, of course the easy way to mate a non legacy and legacy is to turn off the speed steps in Legacy. Thats for another day. That’s what I ment, sorry it was not clear.
OK, you're talking about the ERR electronics, that's what 3rd Rail sells. However, my comment still applies, no way to use the MTH sounds with the ERR cruise kit.
