30-5118-1 GG1 repair

Hello can anyone recommend a forum member who does PS3 repairs? This engine will start out at correct scale miles per hour and then takes off after about a minute. The tach reader is correctly spaced and the tach tape is clean. The other issue is the pantographs stopped working. The motors are ok as I tested them with a 9v battery. Any help would be appreciated
