Does the 350 transfer table use Fibre pins for operating it? Where do you put lockons when setting up the transfer table?

There is no center rail connection on any of the branch tracks. The adaptor clips only connect to the outside rails. All of the branch tracks that are dead end will need a source of power. The power to the table’s track comes through the controller. The wiring to the base is rather specific and the Lionel instructions should be followed to hook it up. There are no insulated pins used with the 350 transfer table.
