So I am working on wiring Ross 3-way switches with DZ-2500s. No diagrams from either Ross or DZ. Instead they refer you to different switches with DZ-1000s for both setting up the polarity of the cross rails and non-derailing.

OK so I got one working and I'm working on another.

The other is located up on an truss so I need to wire it but the wires will be exposed. To solve that I decided to use some sort of piping in which to pass the wires. Ordinarily, I would be on the Plastruct website looking for tubes and elbows, the elbows I would need to carefully drill out in order to pass wires.

But I'm thinking I have a 3d printer so why not just print the tubing.

Here is a drawing of the wiring tubing I need to bring the two DZ1008s Relay, the non-derailing trigger wires and the power/ground lines that will alternately charge the cross rails. I know it looks confusing because it is.

Under the tube-tree is a bracket to hold the two relays to feed the tubes that was also 3D printed.

Once I get this wired I will provide an update.
