I wonder if you guys know anything about the new GS-4 from 3rd rail,
any pictures of the loco yet?

Have you eMailed Scott Mann? I heard that Sunset/3rd Rail had a pilot/sample model at this past York. I have seen the photos of the Pilot model, that was still at the builder, and it looks great. A few "corrections" needed to be made in some of the details, but they should be ready to ship in July (I think).
Theres some on there website ... I am seriously considering this engine myself.. The wheels are all black like they should be

There is a brochure on their website, if that is the real loco on those pictures,
then I must say it is looking really sharp.
Besel around the lamps in the front ( very important) and many other details.
I have to consider this loco.
