Before I attempt to remove the smoke unit does anyone have any advice. It looks like you take the boiler front off and gain access from there. It also looks like the inner chimney in the smoke stack is screwed in. So before I start this I was hoping to get some advice from someone who has done it. Thanks

If you're talking about the TAS smoke unit, the stack unscrews, the boiler front comes off, and there will be a couple really small screws holding the smoke unit. Then you pull it out the front.
John, That's what I thought but I wanted to be sure before I unscrewed the smokeststack. Thank you for for your expertise.
