Still on the lookout for Kosher Scrapple. Maybe Ted Bertiger had a source?
Im bringing Lamb Bacon!
Mike,
Myself and Buzzy Serratelli will be stopping by after breakfast so hot dogs will not be on our menu. We will just glad to join in the party and chat with the OGR crowd.
Buzzy is Bill Serratelli's dad who works for Atlas in the service department.
Why go to Breakfast when we will have an amazing meal? :-)
I plan on being there Mike.
Mike,
My wife and I will stop by again although I suspect we will just have come from breakfast so no need to count us in on food or drink.
Im bringing Lamb Bacon!
I've always wanted to try lamb bacon. Good thing I am planning on being there.
Andy
Will attend. First York trip in about 20 years.
My wife Joanne and I will be there for a couple of dogs...
Just found out that I WILL be able to attend. I'll be taking the train home from Boston on Wed. instead of Fri. Looking forward to another great Kosher Kook-out.
Forgot if I'm supposed to bring something or not. Shoot me an email.
Ketchup anyone!
I'll be there!
Peter
Ketchup anyone!
I'll be there!
Peter
Ketchup on Hot Dogs? Oh nay nay. Mustard and many other condiments but not ketchup.
Jack
If it wasn't for the fact that we all love Peter, he and his ketchup would be banned. But I guess it's ok. Where are you from originally?
http://www.hot-dog.org/ht/d/sp/i/38617/pid/38617 NOTE NO MENTION OF KETCHUP
EVEN HARRY CALLAHAN......
Mike, Love the Dirty Harry clip. I think that was San Francisco and even those strange left coasters know that ketchup on a dog is only OK for little kids. (my wife hates mustard and still uses ketchup. We don't talk about it anymore. Keeps the peace.)
I was born in Northern Pa. but have lived most of my life in The upstate N.Y. (Rochester) area. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
Jack
I happen to like ketchup on my hot dogs (along with mustard, relish and onions - my favorite topping combination), and I reject any notion that there is anything wrong with it.
Andy
Andy, that must be because you are so young at heart.

Jack
Yup, I'm 21 with 24 years of experience at being 21...
(I'd rather be 18, but gotta be old enough to buy beer)
Andy
getting ready to ban ketchup........
Please don't! LOL
Should I bring some just in case?
Hi Mike,
This is a wonderful event that you always put together, I can't make it. But would have loved to be there.
Thanks,
Alex
Due to a tree issue at my home I will need the day to deal with contractors and a mess.
This is in my backyard and our house is fine. Anyone who has purchased contributions please contact me and I will reimburse you.
See you in the spring
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!
Good luck with the tree issue. I guess we'll have to make up for it by having a couple of extra Guinness's at Fridays.
YIKES! Sorry to hear that, I was looking forward to the BBQ. I hope you get that all sorted out, I can imagine it's a mess! Glad the house didn't get involved.
Oh what a shame!
I'm sorry to hear that but I'm glad your house is OK and hopefully no one got hurt, or gets hurt during the clean up.
This is the first I've been able to attend York in 2 years so I was really ready to enjoy the get together. Hope to see you at the spring meet.
Sad way to end a fun thread.
Jack
Oh well... stuff happens.
Still have Thursday at Fridays to look forward to, tho.
Andy
Sorry to hear about your issue. Best of luck getting it resolved!

You see the KETCHUP GOD'S are unhappy with you Mike
Andy mentions Ketchup and the BBQ is cancelled, let that be a lesson to everyone!
Yes indeed, ketchup is for french fries & hamburgers. Now the hot dog spirits are buko PO'ed.
Jack
Darn
Be careful with trees, we already lost one York regular and good friend to a tree accident.
Mike......I'm glad you and your wife are safe and the house didn't get hit.
Peter
Best wishes to you Mike and hope you get things squared away and hope to see you at York. Despite the government shutdown and federal holiday I had to put in eleven hours today and fear they want even more from me tomorrow, but I am dedicated .... to toy trains ... and will try my best to get to the fairgrounds, dogs or no dogs.
Ketchup? Bah! Chili and onion? Yes!
Mike.
Hope things go well with the tree issue. Still at Johns Hopkins. Nancy's treatments are going well with positive results. Will not get home this week. Hoping to be able to make spring bbq and see everyone and eat some GREAT dogs.
Jim
Hope all goes well with the tree and the contractors! Not sure when I will be able to be back to York as Daughter is having twins in April and Company has scheduled a conference in OCT, so looks like next year is shot to....
Andy mentions Ketchup and the BBQ is cancelled, let that be a lesson to everyone!
If you look again, I was not the first to mention ketchup, and I still reject the notion that ketchup is not a legitimate topping for any food that I like to put it on.
Andy
My fault.....not Andy's.........I mentioned ketchup..............
Peter
