This morning I was starting to run a set of Delaware & Hudson PA Alcos (MTH 20-2633-1). When I powered up the bell started ringing and I could not get it to stop. Then, as I put the AA in forward it wouldn't move. So, I separated the two A units and tested the lead powered A unit. It ran fine. No bell and plenty of power. So, what's going on with the trailing powered A unit? Slave board failure? This is a set with Proto-Sound 2 and 3 volt circuit boards. I swapped out the battery for a BCR-2 but still no luck with the trailing A unit. Does anyone on the Forum ever had such a problem and what was the solution?
