I have a iron horse wheel press w/wheel cups up to o gauge, but nothing for standard gauge. approx 2 1/4 " dia. Does anyone make this size? Any suggestions?

There are universal Wheel press tools that were made. There have been no wheel "cups' made in decades.... if at all.
Try Hennings Trains in Lansdale PA.
If the loco is not a steam engine that requires exact quartering, some folks use a woodworkers vise. The jaws are parallel and wide enough to cover the whole wheel and press them on straight.
Precision Toy Train Tools - USA makes a wheel cup. Model STX-400 but it is pricey.
Update: there website used to be www.ptttusa.com but it looks like it no longer exists.
There are two types of wheel cups that work with SG wheels: in years past, full size cups were made that had replaceable pins for lionel vs AF vs Ives screw sizes. Another variation just worked the wheel centers, tools about 1 inch diameter or so, with the series of pins and quartering marks. Hobby horse made the latter I believe. I have one set of each type and made inserts for the full size set so that the smaller wheels (small AF) would center.

There is still mention of standard gauge wheel cups, their site is still up, not sure what is actually available.
Thanks guys for the quick response. I have a Hobby Horse press & most of their cups which have worked very well over the years The exception is standard gauge set H-1010 which to me leaves a lot to be desired, 1/1/4"cups & small quartering pins The cups are smaller than my O gauge cups by them. I guess my hands are not as nimble when I'm trying to re quarter the bigger engine wheels I would personally prefer cups made f/ wide or standard gauge but I guess they seem to be a rare item . I'll keep looking. Thanks again for your input
Jimmy, did you ever find a source for standard gauge wheel cups? I’ve been looking for a drawing of standard gauge cups to machine a set for myself. Do you know of a source of that information?
Apparently PE Designs is going to make wheel cup sets... stay tuned!
