Bought new when it was released, just getting around to using. Did not work out of box. Removed all shipping supports & screw on large cam gear. Red LED lights when bathtub gondola placed on sensors, just a click when switch activated, no movement of gondola or clamps on car engaged. Nothing happens except the LED lights. Any ideas what the problem is?? I've looked for earlier forum posts but saw no solutions. Also, recommendations on whom might be able to repair??? Thank you.

Craig, mine also didn't work new out of the box. One of the car sensing pressure switches didn't work. I bypassed both pressure switches. It's worked great ever since.

I saw your post prior to me posting. Not sure your problem was the same as mine. Appears my sensors are working since the red LED illuminates when a coal car is positioned correctly. Did your LED illuminate??
