Did you check the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society website?

I did go to there sight and did not see anything except going on Twitter. I use to have there tracking tool but as I understand that is no longer operating ? Maybe I missed something.

Apparently you did "missed something".
Going to their website, right at the top of the opening page, there are ten different subjects listed, the last (10th) one on the right side is "Track 765". I didn't bother to click on it, but it certainly was there.
I did go there. It shows the route but not where 765 is. Not unless it is parked out on the line out of town.

I just tried again on computer, clicked on your link. It shows the route but not where the locomotive is. looks the same as it did last night. The I phone app I have use to work great but nothing now. i must be doing something wrong.

The 765 is now shut down and stored in Owosso. The locator program is not going to show anything because the GPS tracking system is not powered up. I don't know why it shows the 765 to be in that location near Ithaca.
The only time this tracking system is active and supplying accurate data is when the locomotive is powered up and making a move. And since the whole thing runs off a cell phone, there are times when it doesn't work even when we are moving. If we get into a cellular dead zone you get no tracking information.
