The whistle is fantastic. The steam effect is very effective. Good thing I have a supply of JTMegasteam.

That was a great way to start my morning...well been up since 4 so a great way to take a break this morning.

Nice engine. I have the new PM and the older TMCC NKP #779 that smokes great and runs so good under Legacy control I can hardly notice much difference between the two engines.

I noticed you weren't getting much if any whistle smoke. I'd check that out.

Whistle smoke on my PM is so strong, it almost out smokes the stack.

And your hand me down 765 is running great, FWIW.   Lionel shipped out the replacement front pilot this a.m. but I was able to enjoy some quality time with your old engine and tender over the weekend.  Absolutely tip top!!!!

Love the whistle!  Great sounding and looking engine.  Don't show my wife, she loves steam engines.

That's a fantastic engine you have there! Josh Cowan made NYC Hudson one of the most talked about and sought after locomotives for many. many years. Now Rich Melvin and his guys along with Lionel have replaced the "Hudson".

I realize this is one mans opinion, and not wanting to get something negative started here, but the new NP 765 is way, way past terrific.

"Run Forest Run", and make more video's of that "Great Steam Locomotive" ..Brandy!

nice video.  would have gotten this but seeing I ordered the big boy and I already have the first one wife said pick one.  oh well!!!
