I met Dennis today and his wife at the Novi Great American Train Show. I had purchased an upper quadrant semaphore that aperantly the motor was burned out. He graciously replaced it free of charge. So I bought two more. Thanks Dennis!

Dennis is one of the few real customer service oriented people in the hobby.

I met him and his wife today also. They were the only vendor I purchased anything from as I was very disappointed in the show. I thanked him for his expertise in creating the IR signals and keeping the wiring so simple. He is my hero for signals.
Did you notice his newly released signals? Also, the operating wig-wag crossing signals are back.
Yes, and I really liked his display of everything. It showed just how easy his products are to add realism to ones layout. His wife and my wife hit it off pretty well. It helps when your wife also likes your hobby. Makes the spending a lot easier. LOL
One of the greatest things that Dennis does is answer the phone at various hours. That is especially useful as most of us do our train work during non-business hours. I can't tell you the times that I have finished up on weekends and Z-Stuff is not left on the to-do list. Thanks Dennis and his wife.
