it is 24" wide through out. It may not be large but I'm having fun.

Nice work.  That looks like a Locomotive Works Coaling station.  Am I right.  It stands nicely.

its in a spare bed room, just goes to show that you can run scale trains in a limited space. The use of curved switches of o72/O96 helps in this kind of layout. 

 

For now it is around two walls but hope to expand it to the 4 walls.  Each wall is about 12' 

 

so for now it is a point to point.
