Saw this little thing in the Las Vegas NRHSA show thread on the 3-rail side:
"Lionel gave a presentation on all of these along with the NASCAR and MTA die cast. Lionel impressed everyone with how they plan to limit and enforce their NASCAR line. They also will be introducing a line of 1/64 th cars in MTA colors and routes."
EL cars in S, perhaps?
