I can't see the link above either. But I do know about the following company that will make a printed version of you from a scan.
Edit: oops Dtrainmaster beat me to it.
On the “Your Model Railroad Club” web page click on “Recent Topics” at the top of the page. This will open the current topics. Open the topic “New people on the block…”. This subsequent page will also have another link to the company that produces these models.
