That is the coolest thing ever!

 

Following 10 years of year-round coaching, I recently coached my last youth soccer game after my youngest graduated High School. It was great fun, but I was ready to retire.

 

After your post, I'm considering having another kid and moving to Randall's Island! Hope they need Coaches.

While we were there I caught 2 NorthEast Regional passenger trains led by the newer Electric (whose name always slips my mind) an Acela and a Providence and Worcester led southbound empty hopper drag of well over 100 cars.

My kids team lost 5-2. But we had a good time.

That's the only way you'd get me to a soccer game!  Lol

Silver Lake, I like posts like this.  The pictures are just great, showing the various angles of the bridge that you captured. And the two pictures with your girls in the foreground are really special - it doesn't get any better than that.

Great pictures of the Hellgate bridge.  Only thing it needs is some people walking on the top.  I see it has handrails.

 

The Sydney Harbor Bridge in Sydney Australia has tours to walk the top of the bridge that are very popular.  My wife did not believe me when I said I saw people walking on the top of the bridge.  It is a huge bridge with ocean going ships going under.
