I’m a big fan of the Nickel Plate Road. Let’s see your “Nickel” stuff anything you have. Here’s my Weaver RS-11 my first big ticket O scale item. Thanks to Brainsilvermustang for the  inspiration I came up with the  theme for the title.

Here is my fallen flag set caboose repaired and roof painted black after a smoke unit meltdown.

Here is a close up of the damage.  Part of the catwalk and roof around the smokestack had to be cut out and repaired.

Im gonna need to remember that you painted the roof black for the future. I plan on getting the Fallen Flag freight cars for the NKP Set (I have two at the mo, the tank car and the boxcar) although I planned to sub the caboose with something else. It may not be painted in the proper red & white, but even a black roof makes the car dull all-brown car look more visually appealing.

Recent no-reason-in-particular snapshot of my whisker track extensions (you can tell - so far). My Weaver brass NKP Hudson was right there, by coincidence. Not a great photo. Weaver Rio Grande M-64 4-8-4 in background.

My only NKP piece (not counting some rolling stock), I do believe. I just like Hudsons, and I've seen the real surviving NKP 4-6-4. So.

Heres some poor video I took of the "Nickel" back in 2016, but.....18 passenger cars and no diesel .

(A ballast pile provides a great vantage point...but poor footing)

Enjoyed the video !  The engine seemed very loud, wonder if engineers “back in the day” had any hearing left after their service.  765 seemed to have no problem accelerating its train quickly. Thks.
