What's an NKP engine doing in Oregon ?   And is that a PA ?  I thought they were all south of the border in pieces ?

That engine was originally built for the Santa Fe, and was painted into Nickel Plate because of Doyle McCormack's roots, with no. 190 being the first diesel cab he ever wrote in.
