We have many good sponsors on our forum that help allow us to yap on about trains all day but I wanted to thank one in particular. I ordered a “Christmas present “ that my wife didn’t know she bought for me until Christmas morning! 🎁 The image in the website was not the color of the GE demo unit I was expecting. I emailed customer service and the day after Christmas when Ken jr from “TrainWorld” who should have been relaxing and spending time with his family emailed me personally and made sure the error was corrected. Within the week after I sent the set back on Tuesday I got an email confirmation today saying my new order is on its way to me! That is excellent customer service which I have always experienced with TrainWorld over the years. Thank you Ken jr and everyone that makes it all happen even in these crazy times we’re living in. 😷

Ken is truly a great guy, and he most certainly is one of the hobby's most avid and active advocates.
I bought 3 trains from Trainworld this year. All were greatly packed, promptly delivered, and worked right out of the box. They are now my go-to store. If they have it, I'm not looking anywhere else.

All I can say about Trainworld is that they made one of my rides on the F the most expensive subway trip that I have ever taken!
Trainworld is one of the best. I use to live close enough that I could go to the store. Since I moved I have had to deal with them with online ordering, phone or email but have never had a problem.
Nice things got taken care of, but I can’t help thinking if the model is the wrong color how was the error corrected. Did you switch paint schemes.
I too have nothing but good to say about them. I have recently purchased some track and other items. They are very fast with shipping.
Allen nailed it about Ken Jr. You can tell during his pod casts the enthusiasm he brings to the table. Truly an advocate for the hobby.

It was very simple and not a big deal. The picture on the web site showed the demo paint with more blue on it which is why I liked it better than the mostly bright fluorescent green version. The error was corrected by changing the image on the website which Ken did immediately. Worked out for the best because for a few dollars more I got a UP premier diesel I wanted.
All smiles, it worked out for the best, what more can a person ask for. And since your wife didn’t know she bought it for you she wasn’t involved in the stress, beautifully played all around.
I just bought $250.00 worth of fast rack from Trainworld for my grandson for Christmas. All different sizes, different amounts of each and the order was completely correct. Awesome job Trainworld, thank you.
