Annual under the tree floor layout.

It has not changed much from year to year, I think next year I'll replace the "grass" with cotton batting snow.

I like it!  I have all those pieces myself, except my 385E has nickel trim and I only have 3 of the passenger cars.  The gray #10 set is what got me hooked on standard gauge. It is my dad’s original and looks and runs as good as your’s.

The grey passenger set was cobbled together from a beat-up apple (olive?) green engine and parts, trucks  and bodies from 9 junkbox cars, most costing $15, none more than $20.

I restored all and put it together as a long set.

Your train looks so good I had to copy it.  Except for the roof color on the 514 reefer.  I guess I should keep an eye out for a blue roof one.
