Change of scenery! This was another out-take from last summer's outdoor magazine photo shoot for O Gauge Railroading Run 283 Feb/March 2016 and before the transformation to the current fall theme. If you look close at the top picture on page 49 of the magazine, you can see where this scene sits. After I was done with the original pics, I swapped out this backdrop (#2 of 5) and shot a couple of images - the image below is one of them.
At one point, I toyed with the idea of transforming the layout to a Western Timberland theme that might reflect a Colorado mountainous area. I had only created one backdrop panel specifically for the this section of the layout and I really liked it, although I ended up going with the fall theme.
Once the weather warms, outside we go..... for a complete Fall theme shoot.
