Recently, I took a short trip to Paoli via Amtrak's Pennsylvanian. Aside from riding the train, one of the objectives of the trip was to visit the tiny Newtown Square railroad museum, located near Paoli deep in suburban Philadelphia. The collection is small, with the nucleic artifact being the former Pennsylvania Newtown Square freight house. Other major items the museum had included the only surviving example of a 1902 PRR wooden coach, a PRR cabin car, an early boxcar, and a 1920 0-4-0T modified to resemble an early steam engine. The condition of the items was OK, but more money is definitely needed to restore the equipment to "as new" condition. Also in the museum's possession, though not on the property at the time, was one of the Red Arrow Line's trolleys, being donated from a Connecticut trolley museum as part of a trade. There is also a sizeable collection of wooden models of real trains hand-carved by Cris Yokos. There is also a horse-drawn runabout in the boxcar.
