Found this today and I love it! I finished 4 L&N Big Woody's today and I am hoping for some good weather to paint. Rain again tomorrow ;>(.

YEOW!!!
An off-set bay window caboose, with additional regular windows!!!
Excellent, Malcolm.

Now that will be interesting.
I have a Southern Mullett River kit but have not assembled it yet. I really prefer styrene construction, just me.

An interesting project, Malcolm. Not really a bay window, but still a car that piques my interests being a shop built car.
They were close to being a bay window, they just needed a window in the front and a window in the back for better visibility. It would be dangerous to stick your head way out of the window every few minutes to see the train ahead.

Don't doubt that it is there, but it is really hard to see!
Got any plans or source for the same?

Thank you Old Goat,
With your posting of the ACY Rolling Stock Equipment, I can see Cab. 54 does have a cute window on the edge of the bay structure and other than the center large bay window, of the cab., which Malcolm wants to create.

Excellent & thank you.
In case anyone was wondering what pulled that caboose, here is a couple. The painted one is a Custom built 2-8-2 by Bill Lenior. The brass one is a USRA 0-8-0 that was modified to an AC&Y # 37, many castings added as well as the tender was modified to the prototype. This was built for me by Denny Manwarren in the 80's.
Also found another view of the caboose shot by Bob Lorenz Plymouth Ohio 1957 in my collection of AC&Y, might help you on your build. Marty
