Is it possible to add command control to Fastrack switches? They are the remote control type. I have a few that I would like to change.

ERR used to have the switch commander kit for conversion to command. After the closing and takeover by Sunset 3rd Rail, it is no longer available.
An SC-2 would be my recommendation for TMCC/Legacy operation. The ASC2 if you have the LCS system. You could then add STM2 for LCS control monitoring.
I have command control switches; however, there is a quirk with 1.52 version of Cab2; if you create a route that throws multiple switches at the same time, you must use a 2 digit route number greater than 10 (maybe 10 will work - don't remember); if you don't use that, the 2nd switch in the route will not throw consistently (my routes only had 2 switches).
That board will NOT work for a plain remote switch, it's why ERR originally came out with the Switch Commander. I second the recommendation for the SC-2, there's no easy way now to convert that switch to command. I saved a handful of the Switch Commanders in the event that I wanted to convert some switches when the end was near.

I can`t find the ASC2 LCS device on the Lionel store site ( http://www.lionelstore.com/ ). Was it discontinued, replaced, renamed, of just missing on there website ?
Ideally an LCS device that would combined ASC2 and STM2 would be nice for (non Command Control) Fastrack switches. It is something that could come in the future ?
How hard did you look? I just searched Google on "Lionel ASC2" and one of the first hits was this page.

If you look further, a number of on-line retailers have them, cheaper than the Lionel store.

Yes, this product information I did find, but as it was not in the Lionel Store, I was questioning if it was discontinued or replaced by something else. Thanks !
It was just released, I sure hope it hasn't been discontinued yet! It still appears in the latest catalogs.
The big dealers that I checked are out of stock. The shipping list is unsearchable, so, I passed on scanning that.
