I have an 18315 Rectifier with TMCC.  It makes the uncouple sound if you press the coupler buttons, but does not have the coil couplers, just the magnetic ones.    I want to add the coil couplers for TMCC control.

Looking at the diagrams I can find, I believe the coupler "hot" wires are driven by this 2 prong socket shown in the picture with the yellow arrow.   This should drive both couplers, one prong for each, with the other end of the wire  from the coupler grounded as I understand it.

Is this correct?  Any other things to watch out for?  Thanks.

A couple of 610-8129-550 coil couplers and a 620-8553-111  2 pin harness to wire them in.   Some light triming on the inside corners of the pilots was needed to get full swing for the couplers.   The two pins on the board are the 2 "hot"  connections for the 2 coil couplers, the other end for the coil couplers go to ground.  Check front/rear action before final soldering of the "hot" side wires to the couplers. Now I have couplers that work along with the TMCC coupler sound when I press the coupler buttons.   A low cost upgrade.
