Does anyone know of a good person to contact for a missing part on my 3rd rail 2-10-2 (see picture below). I have reached out to Scott Mann, but I am not sure if he will have one.
You need the screw and the washer. These are the same on all 3rd Rail steam locomotives, so they should have some in stock. Back in the good old 1990's, you used to get a little baggie of spare screws, washers and rivets in the box with the new locomotive. Not any more.

Well, he's certainly the first one to come to mind!
Scott's 3rd Rail website has posted these three locations for servicing/upgrading their engines. I'd contact them...if Scott hasn't already directed you to do so. If this is, as purported, a 'common' part, I'd imagine one of these servicing agents should have what you're looking for.
Look in your box, sometimes these come with a small bag of extra hardware. Not sure if the later releases do or not, but it’s at least worth a look,……if you can’t find one through Scott, you can contact me via profile, …..I’m sure I have them…
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
