A/F Lionel U33c Traction Tires

I run three A/F Lionel U33c Diesels on my layout. I checked with Lionel for traction tires. On these diesels there is a narrow traction tire on one side of the truck and a wide traction tire on the other side of the truck. Lionel gives you two extra of each, narrow and wide traction tires. I need the wide traction tires for the U33c. Lionel only has the narrow traction tires. The wide traction tires are unavailable. This unit has only been out for what, two years? The narrow traction tires last longer. Does anyone know where to get a substitute for the wide tire? OD. is 1/2", 1/8" wide , .040 thick.
