after cab turn on what next

I havent run legacy since last spring and forgot how to get to the programing screen once I turn the unit on. What button do I push to go direct. Also i have some old atlas engines with train america sound and need to get to a screen with just numbers so I can tell loco what it is after I push engine number, and aux 1. my screen says cab one and the is what i selected when programins in engine name etc but when I push aux 1 to give the number 8 diesel command I get an icon screen. Help.
