I started building my o scale layout this pass weekend in the garage thought I would get a caboose done first. All of the ones that Lehigh Valley had that I seen were the northeastern type which is ok but I wanted something different so I got my modelers license out and went to work. The Decals were for Microscale

That looks really good...except I think it's actually an older Atlas/Roco model, isn't it?
