Yes. Check out this thread > Non-Derail Options for Atlas Switch The top recommendation is to use a Z-Stuff DZ-1000 controller wired for Automatic Non-derailing Operation.

Here are separate links to the DZ-1000 Product and its Instructions. At the bottom of Instructions page 2 are these wiring diagrams.
