Railking Movie Theater - anyone have this? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

If you have the Railking movie theater complex, can you tell me if the vertical sign with lights can be disconnected? And what is the height of the structure itself w/o the sign? I have a perfect location for this structure but only have 7.25" clearance in the height department.
