Anyone order product from All About Toy Trains and not receive product you paid for? Asking as trying to get refund or product for trains ordered that is already out of stock. If you have please contact me as trying to determine if I am getting the run around. Email me if you have had a similar experience.

Unfortunately I’ve heard bad things about them. A friend of mine ordered an engine from them a couple years ago and never got what he paid for. I don’t remember what excuse they used but they never gave him his money back either!
This first time I ordered a couple of items, and recieved them. That was a couple yeas ago, next time I ordered there was no shipment, no response to email or calls for two months. Eventually one of four was shipped, money refunded on rest. While in Florida I visited their location, all can say is just rude. So nope, I won't do business with the again.
Yes, has happened a few times and took a while to get refunded for orders not delivered
