Here are the eagerly awaited pictures from the First Frost Forum Breakfast.

It was good seeing and talking to everyone. Topics were quite varied. Of course, the visit of the 765 to Allentown and Scranton got its fair share of attention... (BTW, where were you, Ed? Inquiring minds want to know!)

I sure missed having a leisurely breakfast with the OGR crew at the Hamfam.  Instead I drove north to MA for my Granddaughters Birthday party.  It turned out to be the worst ride ever, 95 had two lanes closed in CT from exit 29 to 34 and to add insult to injury the exit to 91 from 95 was closed due to a Mack truck and an 18 wheeler crash.  This left a tad more debris than your average fender bender.:-)

You highlighted why I never drive that stretch of I95 unless there is no other alternative!  When I go from Phila to Boston to see my daughter, that's always presented as the shortest route, and I never listen to that recommendation.

It was a pretty good show for me, I found the Coors Silver Bullet tail car to complete my Silver Bullet train.

Great show, great breakfast and an easy ride up with gunrunnerjohn.  Having good company on the ride makes it go quicker.  Chuck did another great job with the breakfast and Ted did an exceptional job with the show.  I was able to buy some of the "N" gauge cars and track I need for the kiddie train that will run throught my amusement park.  Thanks again ATMA.

Well, from what I recall I think that single purchase bettered your York haul by one!

I picked up a pretty cool brass B&O padlock & chain that I think was used to secure switches. A pretty neat (and hefty!) little item.

Chuck, thanks for organizing this. It was fun to meet some folks and the early admission tickets were a nice bonus.

I especially appreciate this shot. It speaks volumes about contemporary life and, perhaps, of our hobby.

Actually, in this case, they are on topic. I gave him my Ipad to check out pictures I  took of the 756 railfan trips out of Allentown this past August. But having said that, your point is well taken: As a society we spend far too much time with our noses plastered to a screen and not enough time engaging our surroundings.

Looking forward to First Frost being I am an HO guy. Lots of good deals there. Love York but not much HO. Looking for yard lights for the Maint. garage and engine refueling area and also around the new turntable. Had some  can lights in my hand and made the mistake  of  " I"LL BE BACK". Half way back to Wilkes Barre I remembered. Lesson learned. If it's in your hand, BUY IT THEN.
