Thank you Gunny.  I have never seen the Kleerpak before.

The other fact that differentiates this from the grey end 24323 is that the body is of the split tank variety. The bottom of the tank is actually part of the chassis. Later Gilbert tank cars in the late knuckle coupler and pikemaster era were of this type construction.
