AMT Trains Question | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi everyone,

Long time reader but first time poster. I have a question about an AMT Santa Fe Baggage car that I own (from the fifties). I need to replace the spring that pushes the roller down, but I'm not sure what spring size to use. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.

I did some more research and the spring in question is the same type of spring as used in the lionel extruded aluminum cars from the 50's like the silver cloud. So my new question would be is what is the part number or where can I find the spring for the roller pickup on a lionel 1950's car?

The part number for the spring is 485-32...
