Ladies & Gentlemen,

Monday night I was invited to visit Patrick H's home and see his incredible train layout, Patrick & his beautiful wife are perfect hosts

and have a wonderful home.  I had one of the most relaxing enjoyable evenings I have ever known, meeting Patricks friends and learning to run his trains.  His new ZW-L is just fantastic and with it he controls every train on his layout, and he has many many trains that run all at the same time, Legacy controlled with the addition of DCS when one of his Hi-Railer friends brings his DCS unit.   On this particular evening Patrick was testing his new ZW-L transformer, simply a great piece of electrical control equipment, especially with Legacy controlled engines.  I would like to thank Patrick for inviting me into his wonderful home to see his incredible layout, if you are ever fortunate enough to be invited, don't pass up the oppertunity to experience a fantastic train world in a beautiful home .

The Boss at work on his layout

I ask Patrick if I could take a few pictures of his incredible layout as we ran his trains, and he granted me that privilege.  Patrick is a lot like me when it comes to pictures of his train layout, you must be granted permission to use pictures of his layout, especially for advertising purposes.  After all this is his home and it should be respected.  Patrick takes great pride in his layout and builds his home layout himself.

The blurred coal cars are from a quick moving train, no because of camera movement, even with many trains all running at the same time,

the new ZW-L delivers the power.

No matter how many pictures you take, you can not see it all!  Take time to see his pictures in the ZW-L thread

About a year ago, I posted on the forum, that I would be near patrick's house and was looking for a LHS or club to visit. I too was invited to see the layout on the night his train club buddies were running. WOW! I second PCRR, the only thing more impressive than the layout, was how nice everyone was. Great time, great folks. Not sure he's ready to open as a train museum, but his layout could be one.

The Patrick he is referring to is Patrick H on the Forum.  See these threads:

and this thread to see it from the beginning:

Location is just East of Pittsburgh.

As for the invitation, if you know you will be in the Pittsburgh area, contact Patrick.  If he is able, schedule-wise, I'm sure he would love to show it to you.  He is a great guy and generous host.

Gentlemen,

Forgetting how vast this OGR forum really is I should have identified Patrick as Patrick H here on the OGR forum, that lives here in the Pittsburgh, Pa area.

Took for granted everyone would understand just who I was talking about.

Andy thanks for doing a better job with Patricks identity.  I did go back and add the H to Patricks name in my 1st post.
