A few people have mentioned to me they have a difficult time removing the trays from the base of the box. There is really only a need/requirement to remove the top tray in the Freight & Passenger Car Hauler in order to gain access to the bottom tray. The bottom tray does not need to be removed as you can load or unload your cars with that tray still in the base.

I did some experimenting and found that a 1" hole (I just happen to have a 1" bit) at the ends of the dividers allow you to pull that tray much easier than trying to lift it by the dividers. I drilled that 1" hole in each end 2" down from the top, and 2" in from the end of the divider. That way the foam will hide the hole from view, but you can easily insert your finger in there to remove the entire tray. If you do this little trick, I STRONGLY suggest that you glue the flaps down on each end of the tray that holds those dividers in.
