Did lionel produce an ATT Christmas Boxcar in 2011 and 2012 ? I have found 2002 through 2018 except for 2011 and 2012. There were 3 in 2013-were they in lieu of 2011 and 2012 ?

2011 was a hi-cube boxcar, 15091 in the 2011 Vol 2 catalog.
2012 was a boxcar, 29979 in the 2012 Holiday catalog.
2013 was a boxcar, 35293 in the 2013 Holiday boxcar.
Be careful with the dates as listed on Lionel's website, they are the catalog the item last appeared in, which often may not be the first catalog for slower selling items.
Ironically I only have two ATT cars I received as a gift, and those are the two!
