Of course, it's the blue Bronx Zoo giraffe cars that are my favorites. Oh what fun they are. I just love it when the giraffes duck under the tell tale. They are also the favorites of my 4 and 9 year old granddaughters.
Now join the gun and post some pictures and videos of your favorite animal cars.

I also have a couple of scale Livesay(?) poultry cars, one with a four-foot tall chicken in the doorway! The cars are well-built (well, except for the chicken!) kits from years ago.

Circus car - great addition to this thread! Would love to see more lion, tiger, hippo, rhino, etc., cars. They would sure look good with my Bronx Zoo giraffe cars.
Wouldn't it be great if there were more Bronx Zoo cars with all different animals?

Sure does. So would a Mickey Mouse car. After all, Mickey, Goofy, Donald are all animals.

That reminds me that I have a Lionel "Mickey's World Tour '92" slope-back tender. 
Arnold the blue Lionel giraffe car was a Santa gift I believe the first year it came out and holds many special memories for me. I run it at times through the year on my layout but never miss a special Christmas run each year.

Lots of animal cars and Plasticville, what a great combination.
Today, I visited my LHS and bought the Lionel operating circus car, coral and white horses. It will be a nice addition to my animals cars collection.
