Great News! Welcome Aboard Mike!
Norman,
That's a pretty easy part to find! Kaiser Willy's should have them in stock (pretty sure it was used on several different models). But if you still can't find one, hit me up offline (I have two sticks for a 170 here).
Thank you for all the kind words & greetings. Glad to be able to make a positive impact to the hobby!
Mike
Welcome aboard Mike, and thanks for the great service.
Nice work Mike. I checked out the parts search function and it worked great. Much better than what Big L has since gone to. Just daring me to switch brands...
Good luck, Mike! And to think, I first bought from you in Boardman. Looking forward to doing so again
Just ordered $100.00 of parts to replace zinc rot couplers.
Parts came yesterday, well packed.
Is Mike Reagan monitoring this thread, I notice the NY Subways come up, "coming soon" Any idea when that secti9on will be working?

MCD4x4,
In fact Mike Reagan does monitor this thread! Great question. So, when you go to "exploded view part lists" and it states "list coming soon", that simply means A.) we have not gotten into all the parts and had the opportunity to catalog all the parts we have on hand or B.) There simply are not enough parts to create a decent exploded view diagram. Regardless of the reason the next best step to find parts you may need is to click on "Search Service Parts Inventory". For your question I simply entered "subway"/ That yielded 118 results. You can then filter between Railking or Premier, etc.
One thing I do believe to be true is that both Railking & Premier subways use the same trucks (now, that being said, be sure to compare the truck you have in hand to the photo of the part your looking at). For trucks we typically photograph the top, side & bottom for easy reference.
Thank you,
Mike Reagan

Any chance of taking requests for items to have on-hand at York? (being it's less than a month away). I haven't been able to sift thru my collection to identify parts in need of replacement, other than a single diesel snowplow. It's probably more costly to ship just that one $6 part (FH2130001) when one or two could be tossed in a "going to York" box along with other common items that are available at your table*
*I'm assuming you'll be there, the Eastern's dealer hall chart link currently leads right back to the homepage

As much as we’d love to do special requests for York, etc, we just can’t at the present. With only a very limited staff, and a gazzillion parts to get sorted, identified, catalogued, and on the web site for y’all to be able to access, it’s quite the undertaking. I understand not wishing to spend the freight for a single part, but I’ll make the suggestion to stock up on perishables ( traction tires, bulbs, etc, etc, ) to lighten the load of shipping charges. Mike, Don, & Mark are doing one heck of a job to get parts in y’all’s hands in an expedited manor from the website, ….onesy twosies orders for train shows would certainly bog down the machine terribly…..perhaps in the future we could possibly table the idea. Thanks for asking!!
