John Bull Trains is pleased to announce the addition of paper building kits to our Scenery Sheets line of products. Our paper-based O scale building kits are an inexpensive and flexible way to add structures to your train layout. Each kit features realistic details including brick or stone face, windows with curtains or blinds and storefront window interiors. At $9.99 each, our building kits are a quick and inexpensive way to fill your layout’s downtown area.

Each kit includes a pre-detailed front and back storefront, matching brick sheets for side walls, commercial window sheet for optional side windows and asphalt roof sheet. This includes everything you need to make the complete building. The front and back width of the kit is fixed but the depth of the building is completely adjustable from 0” to 11” using two included 8.5 x 11 brick sheets. You can also adjust the height based on the amount of material used. Unlike pre-built plastic buildings, you can easily customize the kit to fit your space.

Like the rest of our Scenery Sheets, they are all professionally printed using a traditional four color process (not ink jet). All kits are printed on heavy 80# stock paper, ready for building or mounting on chipboard, foam board or balsa wood. Visit www.scenerysheets.com for more information and to purchase kits.

We also offer all the elements of these buildings as separate products such as brick sheets, windows, blinds, curtains, undecorated storefronts, etc. For highrail applications, it's probably better to create your own custom buildings with our other sheets and apply more layering between the elements. The kits are intended to be a quicker, easier way to put together a finished building. They may not get your layout into a magazine or on a TCA tour but we're pretty proud of them.
