Any Diffrence between Ready to Play Hogwarts Express set 7-11960 and 7-12049 except size of set box ?

Is there Any difference between 2020 Ready to Play Hogwarts Express set 7-11960 and 7-12049 except size of set box ?

I have both sets I am trying to figure out why the 712049 box is smaller than the 711960 box.

They seem to have the same parts inside and the same box art except for the product number.

Was a one dept store/ chain store version and the other general sales version ?

Lionel web support links to the same manual for all Ready to Play Sets.

Maybe 7-12049 is the French/English Canada version due the second warning box on cover.

But why ?
