Microscale does have PC decals for locos.  It might also be possible to use HO sets to do some freight cars.

What we could really use are some correct fonts for road numbers.  There were a variety that just aren't available or used correctly on the models.  (An example is the WBB F3 - the numbers on the A units aren't even close to those used on the F7's and F9's.)

These links show 5 different fonts on freight cars.  Some look like NYC, PRR, PC and ??? heritage.

And, there a few more weird variations that I haven't been able to locate online yet.

I thank you all for the offers of decals.  I have the ability to make 2-3 sets for my own use.  I was asking if there was enough interest to create a more comprehensive sheet and screen print them. I am not looking at a commercial product but rather a one time run of a O scale sheet to do PC locomotives.  I can screen print as few as 50 sets but that's still more than I could ever use. Just thinking out load! THX

Here is a sample of my one off custom work.....I wanted Chessie on my loco!
